Each Poetry Postcard is written specifically for you, so I can’t accept returns or offer refunds simply because you change your mind after ordering.
If I haven’t started working on your poem yet, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
Postcards are sent worldwide by standard, untracked mail. Delivery times are estimates and international post can occasionally be delayed.
If your postcard arrives damaged, I send you the wrong order, or there is another problem with your order, please contact me at hello@ilakinis.com and I’ll make it right.
If your postcard hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please get in touch so we can figure it out.
Because every poem is personal and subjective, refunds cannot be given based on whether you like the wording or style of the finished poem.
